This page outlines our approach to client services in response to COVID-19 and the challenges it has brought to our workforces and workplaces.

Office Status
IT Solutions quickly migrated to working remotely the week of March 16, 2020, and has been fully operational since then to address our clients’ needs. Our physical offices are mostly closed but we do plan to open gradually in accordance with state and local guidelines in the near future. All means of communication – phones, email, website, chat – are fully functional so reach out by whatever means you prefer.
Client Support
As prior to the pandemic, we’re actively monitoring all of our clients 24×7 and available to address all support requests. You should not see any interruption to your services. We know transferring to an all-remote workforce has its challenges but we’re here to help. Reach out to us if you have any issues or questions.

Onsite Support
We know some support requests or updates will require one of our technicians to visit your company onsite. We’re following the guidelines from the Minsitry of health and the World Health Organization. We’re requesting all client employees interacting with our field staff to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Our top concern is the health of our employees and our clients’ employees.
